Beyond my academic and professional journey in psychology, there are experiences in my life that have deeply influenced the way I approach well-being and growth.
I have been practicing yoga for over six years, which has taught me presence, balance, and self-awareness. As a former national-level volleyball player, I’ve learned discipline, resilience, and the importance of teamwork — values that continue to shape my work today.
I have also been fortunate to receive academic scholarships that have supported my learning and strengthened my commitment to the field. Alongside this, my involvement in student-led organisations as a fellow president and event curator has helped me understand the power of community, collaboration, and shared spaces for change.
In quieter moments, I also enjoy playing the Casio, which allows me to connect with creativity, rhythm, and reflection.
At heart, I remain a learner — passionate about listening, understanding people, and creating work that is both evidence-based and deeply human.
